Does taking a vacation mean you take a vacation from Kung Fu training?

The short answer is No! There will be many times that you will have a break in formal classes, but as practitioners of Kung Fu, classroom learning and practice is only a portion of the training required to advance in the art. A vacation is a great way to recharge the sprit, do something fun, see friends and love ones and generally relax, but in the same way you still eat, sleep, and take showers while vacationing, you must still find time for Kung Fu practice. Morning exercises and stance work can get you ready for the day, and taking a break to find an quiet area for some forms practice can be exhilarating. A great suggestion is to invite your travelling party to join you …. Chi Kung at Dawn to greet the day?… Tai Chi at sunset on the beach? Be creative! Have fun! Stay Healthy! See you all in a Week!
