Tiny Dragons
A class that focuses on gross motor skills using animal movements and exercise. A great introduction to the martial arts.
Youth Kung Fu
Youth Kung Fu is for Kids 6 to 13 Years old. Class focus is on External Kung Fu skills including balance, strength, focus and confidence.
Adult Kung Fu
Kung Fu practice builds strength and flexibility, teaching both aggressive and graceful techniques. Classes focus on the external aspects of martial arts to begin with and incorporates the internal aspects of the martial arts as the students progress. Arts studies include Wing Chun, Hsing-I, Bagua, Mitsung, Tai Chi and more. Classical weapons are taught including Staff, Escrima sticks, Darn Dao (Chinese Saber), Darn Gim (Chinese Straight Sword), and more.
Adult Tai Chi
Tai Chi is practiced to build strength and balance. The focus is on the Internal aspects of the martial arts including the following:
Reducing anxiety and depression
Improving balance and coordination
Reducing the number of falls
Improving sleep quality, such as staying asleep longer at night and feeling more alert during the day
Slowing bone loss in women after menopause
Lowering blood pressure
Improving cardiovascular fitness
Relieving chronic pain
Improving everyday physical functioning
